Today was the second time I picked up a coat that was covered with some dirt. When I pay $100 for dry cleaning I don’t expect to use the lint roller to finish the job. There was human black hair all over it (I am blonde!). Overall the coat was in the worst condition compared to when I dropped it off. Staff told me lint was normal. No it is not. It is not normal to return a coat covered with someone else’s hair! The thread that connected one of the pockets to the coat on the inside was ripped! On top of this a business that is supposed to know what they are doing put my pillow covers on a metal rack causing it to crease. Won’t be coming back.

Pleased with repairs by Nora. Took a little longer than expected but you can’t rush perfection. It is a 40 year old loved purse ready for some repairs. Price was extremely fair for the craftsmanship. Above and beyond my expectations.

I picked up my battered an well worn Gucci travel bag today. It is amazing to see how well it looks after Nora's extensive repair. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with their craftsmanship and concern to take on the renewal of my special piece. I don't believe anyone else would or could have revived the bag. Thank you all at Margaret's. P.S. I exclusively use Margaret's to maintain my vintage designer clothing as well.

🔴 Be careful this store! They just ruined my Chanel Black Lambskin Classic purse and were very rude. The purse is made of soft lambskin in a solid, deep black color with a sheen on the leather. However, they painted it with a dark gray color and applied a matte finish all over, making it look like a fake and cheap replica. Despite this, they refuse to admit their mistake and will redo it. Unfortunately, during the redo process, they polished the leather with the dark gray paint, completely altering the entire bag.

This is the best dry cleaner in town. You can confidently bring your expensive branded clothes and bags here. I accidentally spilled castor oil on my soft calfskin The Row bag, and I thought it was beyond repair. Leather specialist Nora removed the stain in just 5 minutes. I have seen other works where hopelessly damaged bags were dyed, and they looked as if they were just bought from the store. I will bring my old Chanel bags to give them a new life. Highly recommended.

Margaret's is the best cleaner in the city. If you have special pieces of clothing, purses or high end goods you want handled with extra care, Margaret's is your go-to spot. Their entire process finding stains under special lighting, and the types of cleaning solutions they use to clean your pieces is indicative of the extraordinary care and pride they take in their business. Kim and Derek, who work in the West LA location are always such a pleasure to work with too.

I bring all of my designer items here whenever they need some repair or TLC. They price really well and the work is outstanding. Customer service is great as well. I recently brought in a Fendi clutch that needed repair and they checked it on the spot and told me that unfortunately it was beyond repair but they cleaned it up and it looked wonderful; all within 5 minutes!
