-1 for never having any dark roast available. Plus, this place doesn't participate in any of the Veteran's Day promotions. But otherwise, what they provide is nice. Standard quality. The decor is really nice! If you're looking for outlets outside from the bench setting along the wall, it's kinda hard to find, but you may squeeze in an extra spot, if you know where to look. What I find sad is that it closes pretty early. Honestly, if the hotel partners with Starbucks to turn this into a Starbucks Reserve, to serve alcohol in the evening, this place would be a money-maker! Just an idea.

I was really impressed when I first got to this Starbucks location. It looks grand from the outside to the inside. The decor is really nice, clean, spacious. It's nice to sit here and enjoy your drinks. However I left really disappointed. I ordered my drink online and was waiting for a long time. When it passed the estimated time, I went to the pickup area to ask them about my drink. The barista ignored me, didn't even check my order at all, no communication whatsoever. Other baristas weren't much better. They all looked grumpy. My drink was okay, the whipped cream was weird, not smooth like how I get it at other location. That's a disappointment for Starbucks. Starbucks, you can do better than that!

One star for poor service, attitude, and overall experience. I went to this Starbucks planning to redeem my Stars for a free drink. I clearly told the barista that I thought I had enough Stars and wanted to use them. He said, “Okay, just scan the app.” I scanned it—and then he told me I still owed $2.40. The Stars weren’t applied, and the full amount was charged to my payment method. When I asked why my Stars weren’t used, he gave me a condescending look and said, “Well, you have to tell me that. You have to look at me and communicate that—I can’t read your mind.” It felt like he was mansplaining how basic communication works, even though I had already told him my intent. No apology, no accountability—just a smug attitude. To make it worse, he didn’t add the extra espresso shots I asked (and paid) for, and just shoved the drink toward me with zero care. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. If I could give zero stars, I would. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The barista was very professional in creating this custom dessert. 9 out of 10. Would have been perfect if the cup lining and drizzle were lines instead of blob.

I placed an order in store and made motification to my cafe latte. It was for 1 order, and he charged me for 2 and made my drink wrong. When I received my receipt, i notified him immediately , and he said he was too busy at the moment but would take care of it shortly. I didn't get any credit nor refund for an item i never ordered nor received until a week later. A guy who picked up the call said i gotta make trip to the store for a refund or nothingthey can. I live 6 hours away from this Starbucks. Ridiculous

Nancy is truly a star at this Starbucks location! From the moment I walked in, her energy, professionalism, and genuine care stood out. She made my day with her kindness, attention to detail, and warm smile. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond for every customer. Employees like Nancy are what make Starbucks more than just a coffee stop, she creates a full experience. She absolutely deserves to be recognized by the company. Thank you, Nancy, for being the BEST part of my visit today!!😊
