El gerente muy castroso y chocante.... Las chicas encantadoras y buen costumbre service pero él...... Uffff debería aprender de ellas !!!!!

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service experienced I received from the store manager, Anthony, at the Westfield Valley Fair Swarovski location. I purchased an almost $3,000 tennis bracelet as a special gift for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Shockingly, the bracelet broke for no apparent reason with what I assume is a poor solder joint connecting the bracelet to the clasp (it didn’t catch on anything, wasn’t mistreated, just worn on her wrist) just one day after she received it. For a piece of jewelry at this price point, one would expect both quality craftsmanship and respectful service when something goes wrong. Instead, when I brought the bracelet back to the store, I was met with a dismissive, unhelpful staff member who seemed completely uninterested in making the situation right. Not only did he refuse to issue a refund for what is clearly a defective product, but his lack of empathy and unwillingness to provide a meaningful resolution made the experience even more upsetting. I trusted Swarovski with a once-in-a-lifetime gift for my daughter and was left deeply disappointed, out thousands of dollars, and with a broken bracelet that should never have left the store in the first place. The indifference displayed by this location has permanently damaged my opinion of the brand, and I would tell anyone considering a purchase here, especially something meaningful or high-value, to think very carefully. My experience has shown that not only is the product quality questionable, but you may also be left without support if something goes wrong.

Love this store and the staff. Always welcoming even if I have my hair in a bun and yoga pants..I am a mom so that's sometimes my unifom...lol. I have a beautiful evil eye necklace and the rectangle sunglasses and a pair of earrings. For back to school we all got pens, my 15 year old football player son loves this store. He has a pens and this jeweled troll clip. My daughter 14yr has the lady bug earrings and matching necklace. We are a Swarovski family. Beautiful items and price to match. The staff is easy to talk to when I mention my budget....I am a mom so I budget everything. Its nice to be treated good when spending Money. Emily that works there is our go to and favorite. Need something she is the go to. Its just werid that some people had a bad experience here. Its our first stop in the mall even of we dont purchase we go to get some inspiration without pressure.

Worst Swarovski store you can go to. Go to other Bay Area locations. The staff here is disinterested in any customers that walk in, they don’t want to be bothered. If you need any help, good luck because you will feel like you’re inconveniencing them by expecting them to do their bare minimum job. Not sure how they’re still here employed here. Does the owner not care about all the negative reviews here? Close the location down if you can’t provide the service, it’s that simple.

I gave my wife money to buy a ring from here and it started turning brown after a month. I paid over $100 for supposedly high quality jewelry just for it to be ruined instantly. We believe it’s fake because we saw the EXACT same ring at another store in Valleyfair for $12.

Very poor service The store itself is beautiful But the saleswoman was impatient and I could feel it every second I spoke to her. After all, I buy products for a lot of money and I expect courteous service. If you are impatient, stay home.

Although my last few visits were very pleasant, but today, I did not feel welcome. not the kind of staff you would expect at a store like this. very unprofessional. really disappointed.

I had an appointment today, November 28, 2024, at 10 a.m. Since I had this appointment, I didn't think the store would be closed because of Thanksgiving. I drove all the way to the mall and found out it was closed. I don't understand. Is it hard to close the appointment schedule when the store is closed? If I had known they were going to be closed, I would have made this appointment for yesterday because my jewelry needs adjustment, and I wanted to wear it tonight. This is very inconvenient. I am very unhappy. I will probably return my jewelry at this point; it was such a waste of money to buy it from this store and brand.
