I have been coming here for 15 years for my annual visits and I’ve been fit for new glasses by Lisa for just as long! She is the absolute best, and the rest of the staff is always helpful and kind as well! The new generation of doctors and staff is carrying on Dr. Germain’s legacy of excellent care <3

I'll call the verify to the staff that my glasses was broken been going in now I don't know how long should I say like 5 years now maybe more they tell me I have a warranty on my glasses you know most people can't afford to be buying glasses all the time now if you got a warranty on them why you can't get new glasses why waste my time going all the way down there struggling for rides to get there just for a new person to sit down with you and tell you it's not true where is their communication skills at it's supposed to be a team effort everyone's supposed to talk to everyone I never had a complaint about them but when you waste my time could have told me this over the phone

A few years ago, I began developing a persistent issue with dry eyes. I would often wake up with my eyes bright red and uncomfortable. Over the years, I tried countless steroid and lubricating drops. While some seemed to help temporarily, nothing provided lasting relief. Even when I thought I was making progress, flare-ups would bring me right back to square one. But, throughout this entire journey, I’ve been fortunate to have Dr. Villacis as my eye doctor. He never gave up on finding a solution, continually exploring new treatments to help me. After trying many different drops, we ultimately decided to try OptiLight—a light-based treatment that directly targets dry eye disease. I was a little nervous at first since I had never experienced light therapy before, but Dr. Villacis made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. After just one treatment, I noticed immediate improvement. Following two more sessions, my eyes felt and looked better than they had in years. As an added bonus, since I also deal with acne issues, OptiLight helped improve my skin as well. Now, seven months after completing the treatments, I haven’t had a single flare-up. I no longer wake up with dryness, and I don’t rely on steroid drops anymore. Thanks to Dr. Villacis's persistence and dedication, my eyes feel normal again. I cannot recommend New Insight and Dr. Villacis highly enough. If you struggle with dry eyes, please take my experience as encouragement to schedule an appointment.

I am so very happy to gotten to visit with New Insight. They are true care professionals when it comes their establishment, and practice. I was in a bad way with my eyesight for sometimes, as I have pretty bad vision. My wife booked us an appointment, and from the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable and cared for. The doctor Fabian took his time to understand my eyes and really give appropriate corrections. And the woman who fit my glasses, Carolyn was perfectly attentive, with a stellar additude. I had glasses done this time but will be back for my contacts, and every time I'm scheduled for a route check up. Truly and amazing experience. Thank you New Insight!!

I appreciated the kindness of the staff, but unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Sue was disappointing. She seemed hurried and didn't take the time to clearly explain things, which made me feel like I'd wasted my time.

Had a very wonderful experience with Dr. Leonard. She answered and addressed all my questions and concerns. She went over her findings with me and she provided me with an excellent Eyeglass prescription. I will be recommending Dr. Leonard to family and friends.
