I worked with Jim and his crew while in facilities for the Wheaton-Warrenville School District 200. I was impressed with his honesty, professionalism, and dedication. I also hired this outfit when I had frozen pipes in my townhouse from a builder’s error. Jim is the best in the business and that’s why he puts his name on the company. Highly recommend from a building professional.

We paged the emergency line for an unstoppable leak from our dishwasher. Although they were too busy to come out today, he walked us through the process to shut the water off so that we could have the dishwasher serviced and not further damage our basement. Much appreciated!

Beutjer Plumbing acted unprofessionally by failing to respond to a work order/phone calls for my condo after repeated attempts to make use of their services. My repair bill will now be higher because of Beutjer Plumbing.

What great service!! Called at 11 am they were out and completed by 1:30 pm. We have used the team for years and they always come thru for us.
