Warning the property manager does nothing..I absolutely Do not recommend this place complains are ignored.. retaliation is his thing..He does not care about tenants believe me I lived there 9 , years and the neighbors above me where always loud and obnoxious and still he did nothing.Please don't become a victim of someone who is arrogant to thinks highly of himself..

The city needs to fully inspect these facilities in fine detail. They take care of aesthetics between renters, but that's where it ends. There is a rampant uncontrollable mouse infestation that Erlich cannot mitigate. The doors and windows do not seal properly, and you can feel the winter wind roll through. The doorbells are bare uncovered electrical. Safety issues all over, such as basement doors not staying closed because the jamb isn't square, staircase leaning dangerously, and a partial short in lighting which results in light dimming rather than turning off. The drains are slow, and the toilets can't flush plain water without a plunger. Their three stooges maintenance team is woefully inadequate, and has zero ability to repair these facilities beyond the aesthetic. And management is more concerned about parking than safety, which is cultural to the area; punitive rather than helpful. If this is your last and only option, I would recommend a cardboard box under a bridge. At least it wouldn't have unaddressed electrical fire hazards.

From the time I moved in there, I had problems with roaches that before I could get exterminated, there was an electrical fire that started in a vacant unit below me that ruined everything that I owned. Me and my seven month old daughter were moved into a townhouse, the night of the fire unbeknownst to us. There was an infestation of mice in all eight units of the building, I complained about the mice to the office for 7 1/2 months. Maintenance would constantly reset the traps but not fix the actual problem until I called Mishda and they gave them 10 days to exterminate or else they would be fined. After getting the mice situation handled, I got bedbugs from my connecting neighbors. They tried to hide the fact that my neighbors daughter had an infestation of bedbugs. After getting the bedbugs exterminated, I was given a 30 day notice to vacate for paying my rent late too many times. I vacated within the 30 days, but Bluewater still charged me for an entire month rent at market price even though I was getting subsidized housing and charged me a late fee. Now I’ve been calling the corporate office for three days with no response.

Would be nothing if I could . Only was in here a year and since the first week have been infested w mice. Everything falls apart in here. They will have you kicked out over small things, if you have kids this would NOT be the place to be. I'm more than willing to show proofs of anything just ask me. I'm trying to save anyone from going through what me and my children are going through. These people will leave you homeless please don't consider here if you have children.

Illegally placed an eviction on me after I moved out before the deadline. I will fight this back because it’s now on my credit report and they’re messing up my ability to live!

Basements flood everytime there’s a power outage, no back up generator’s for units which means, no heat, not able to prepare meals, no hot water. Washers and dryer’s are all located in basements which are also comprised when basements flood because no power, no sump pump’s working, which also leads to black mold issues. I thought income based complexes were supposed to be following rental codes, whether or not facilitated by local housing commission, of which you are not and out of state ownership/management should have to comply. Just because someone can’t afford to live without government assistance, doesn’t mean they are less than, or deserve less…… well you are now going to get sued and legal action is taking place against you for falsifying documents and the housing commision will be sited as well

Management are very friendly and I can't wait to move in there the apts are well kept up on the outside and I'm sure the apts are nice to

Went to a birthday celebration for a cousin and it was a nice venue at their clubhouse. Of course you must live in the community to use.
