Mr. Mulch Landscape Supply

I use Mr. Mulch quite often, and would highly recommend them. Recently I had a soil delivery done, and Zach the delivery driver was awesome. He delivered the soil on tarp like an expert! Not a drop was off target, which may not sound not like an important detail. But for a large delivery, it really helps with keeping the rest of our job clean and efficient.

Super friendly, and prompt service. I didn't know where the product was in the yard, or where to park, but in about 30 seconds a guy comes driving up and says "just leave it there, we'll load you right where you're at". I got a couple yards of zoo brew. We mixed it 50/50 with the soil in my yard, which isn't the best, for some garden areas. Holy @#$% our plants our going nuts! Here's pictures of our tomatoes and cucumbers and watermelon plants. And the clematis vine going up and over our fence. I would love to show pictures of my legal recreational herbs, but ...

I ordered a cord of seasoned firewood from Mr. Mulch. What can I say? Through their online ordering, I selected a delivery date, but they did not have delivery openings on that day. They let me know quickly and offered their next available delivery window. Easy communication on that. Their delivery tracking is nice to have. I will say that the window slid out several hours from the early part of the day where it began. That wasn't a big deal for me, so not a detractor. They were also having truck issues, so they had to rent a truck to do the delivery. Points for that rather than cancel or postpone my delivery. I will say that it wasn't inexpensive for the cord or the delivery, but I knew up front what the cost was, so there were no surprises. And the wood all seems well-dried and should last us at least two or three seasons. I did the stacking myself, so all they had to do was dump the load. Nothing at all to complain about.

I had 10,000 lbs. of Cherry Creek River Rock delivered in super sacks this morning. Their system of tracking the delivery truck was very helpful, and accurate, for me to get back home from my office to meet the driver. John from the office actually called first thing this morning to update me on what stop I was going to be and the estimated time. The driver was great maneuvering the forklift to avoid my sprinkler valve boxes and placed the sacks exactly where I wanted in my backyard. A great experience. Thanks

We have used Mr. Mulch for almost 30 years for our landscaping needs. Craig has been great to work with over the years and now his son, John, is just as impressive. Really enjoy doing business with this nice family!

They were extremely helpful making sure we had contact number & cooperated when I asked for a different delivery date. All involved were very professional. Glad we used them for our community playground mulch.

Ordered two bulk items online and scheduled it to arrive 3-4 days out. The driver (Joe) showed up next day with the rocks and dirt (in two separate deliveries). Super friendly and very accommodating. Instead of ordering bulk online, I will call in to the store next time to confirm delivery mode and dates. It was actually better for us to receive the delivery early, but I could see where that might be a problem if I wasn't ready for the items to be dropped off.

Great company. We had a little situation with our first visit, but John fixed it immediately. We were very pleased.
