Great experience purchasing a new Frigidaire stove and refrigerator. Service was excellent and delivery exceptional. Lowe’s gave us a one month runaround on our appliances. We canceled our Lowe’s order and came here. We had our appliances delivered the VERY NEXT DAY. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!

We have purchased a refrigerator and now a washing machine and dryer set. The refrigerator was delivered perfectly but the same guy that delivered it brought our washing machine and dryer and scratched up my floor. He scooted the washing machine by himself out the door. When I told him he scratched my floor, he told me that was already there. I told him no it wasn’t. I just removed all the rugs swept and mopped before you all came. Other than that all of our appliances are highly recommended. Just not the delivery guy.

Hunter was AMAZING!! From the moment my family and I walked into the store til purchasing our appliances Hunter made sure we were well taken care of. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and has great customer service. I will definitely come back to shop because of Hunter. However, I did not give this establishment 5 stars because I’ve been giving the run around about a replacement door for my fridge. I know the employee did not intentionally place a dent on my fridge door, but when I brought my fridge it was brand new and that’s what I expected. Not a dent because the worker did not know how to properly place the refrigerator. Going on two years still waiting on a replacement. No calls for an update. Communication is terrible!

Forget the major retail stores. When you need an appliance just go see these guys. My washing machine died right in the middle of a wash cycle. I foolishly called all of the normal places you would think of to buy a new one but no one could help. They all said 3-5 days to get one in and then maybe another couple of days for delivery. Luckily I saw the Appliance Home Store listed. Gave these guys a call and within a couple of hours I had a brand new washer & dryer set installed and ready to go. No stress, no hassle. Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Delivery staff was very curious, I was even able to purchase an excellent extended warranty on both appliances giving me a little more peace of mind. Thank you to everyone at Appliance Home Store !!
