Had 250 postcards printed. Unfortunately they were cut slightly taller than the specified height, which is also the Post Office's maximum height for postcard postage. Therefore I had to pay the first-class postage on all of the cards.

I was very happy with my printed order. It took only a few minutes to order on line. I had 500 Newsletter front and back that needed to printed I ordered it around 10am and it was ready by 3pm the same day. They came out great!

The manager and the lady at the desk are very helpful!! Customer service for print & Marketing is the best at this location (better than Fairfax's).

For all your printing needs, your "go to" place should be Staples. Their products are quality and orders can be done the same day in some instances without an additional charge! I checked around some other local printers and the prices were usually higher, and the deadlines longer. Bad customer service, order not ready at the promised time and I have to go twice to pick up my order

I had a 14-page document I wanted to get bound (plastic comb type). Last time I was in and out, no problem, 5-10 minutes. This time, I need to leave it with them and if I want it same day I'd have to pay an express fee per company policy. Sorry Staples, I'll buy my own binding machine from Amazon.

The only store in Prince William County to offer printing. The associate is very thorough with understanding what your needs are. She reviews every step to make sure you are satisfied with outcome of your project. She works with thr fonts, colors and distance to create the perfect project. If you have time to work with her in person, she creates outstanding projects to fit your needs.
